1. Responsible for company compliance, office affairs and WPOL, EPOL work pass system, and full set HR for all the Foreigners Pass Applications.
2. Provides administrative support for the Managing Director.
3. Prepare Employment Contract/ Payrolls/handle worker matter.
4. Remind the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines.
5. Perform ad-hoc duties when required by the Managing Director.
6. Assist in Chinese clients’ PPT/ Proposals and be fluent in English and Mandarin for all the relevant documents, projects, contract.
7. Prepare Project Claims at the month end.
8. Basic Payrolls/Basic Account.
9. All Site Matters, Project, and Managing full set HR matters & Daily matters as instructions from the Management Team.
