Review the inspection history to summarize the integrity status of the plant equipment and piping systems.

· Perform the scoping work and prepare the job pack for process piping and in-service equipment based on engineering assessment and annual inspection plan.

· Plan and carry out fixed equipment/piping inspection via on-stream risk-based monitoring programs and downtime inspection activities including corrosion under Insulation (CUI) and corrosion under pipe support (CUP) on process piping and equipment according to annual maintenance plan

· Identifying the areas of special concern and deterioration (e.g. Dead legs, injection points, mix points, corrosion under insulation and Low silicon Inspection).

· Supervision and coordination of all on-stream and shutdown inspection and NDT activities for static equipment and in-service process piping.

· Review of inspection test plan, WPS and method statement for any in-service repair work of piping and pressure vessels.

· Witnessing of PT, MPI, PMI, metallographic tube testing and Hydro static test for statutory equipment.

· Provide recommendations and timely updates on equipment degradation problems.

· Provide quality assurance on project construction and maintenance works to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and specifications.

· Preparation of final inspection reports with all findings, abnormalities and recommendations.

· Ensure quality of inspected items to meet project requirements and standards.

· Inservice inspections in refineries / Oil and Gas / Petrochemical industries, such as corrosion under pipe support (CUPS), corrosion under insulation (CUI), Injection & Mix points inspections.

· Read, understand project related ITP, procedures, specification requirements.

· Review documents and drawings as per specification • Knowledge / experience about Piping Isometrics, P & ID, general arrangement drawings, Structural drawings, Weld Maps, welding symbols, Cutting Plans, Quality control procedures, Base Materials, and welding consumables.

· Inspection, review of mill certificates, Material verification, Inspection of Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, valves, nipples, plate tubes as per respective materials specifications, Codes, Standards & Client Specifications. Inspection / Witness & Review Stage wise activities earlier stage of spool fabrication

· Knowledge in welding inspection

Eligibility Criteria

· Graduate Engineers with 3-6 years of relevant experience.

· Relevant Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Petroleum/Oil/Gas, Civil, Chemical or Industrial Engineering are acceptable.

1. Perform daily periodic checks of Central Kitchen to ensure compliance to in-house GMP/GHP standards, SOP, Product Specifications, etc.

2. Conduct random checks on incoming raw materials, and perform product cutting on raw materials to ensure goods received are within in-house specifications.

3. Ensure Process Verification and Validation exercise are completed (i.e. SOP/CCP verification, new product launch process observation, monthly facility checks, monthly traceability exercise, finished goods shelf-life verification, etc.)

4. Conduct investigations on product/process non-conformance (on-line and customer complaints) and follow-up on proposed corrective/preventive measures to ensure effectiveness.

5. Promptly follow-up with contractors (chemical/pest control) during routine servicing to ensure work orders are conducted as per contract.

6. Participate and engage in quality system implementation (audit activities by regulatory/certification bodies and customers).

7. Conduct data/trend analysis on non-conformity of raw material/finished goods, pest reporting statistics, monthly production and facility check statistics, etc. for process and quality improvement.

8. Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.

9. Report all non-conformances, discrepancies and/or deviations, and follow-up on the investigation of the non-conformity results.

10. Other projects as assigned.

Summary

Reporting to the Lead, Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance SEA, you will be responsible for supporting the development and administration of STERIS’s global regulatory policy positions across product lines of the STERIS businesses by preparing international regulatory submissions for STERIS (and its affiliates) product approvals and the works to meet Singapore and other Southeast Asia countries post-market surveillance requirements. What You Will Do

• Identify regulatory and post-market requirements for new products or product enhancements early in the product development cycle. Collect regulatory and post-market requirements for Singapore and other key markets in Southeast Asia.
• Gather information to support regulatory submission and related compliance activities. Use this information to prepare regulatory submissions in a complete, thorough format to support STERIS product claims. Coordinate compulsory test in the region when there is the need.
• Review product revision requests to assure compliance with regulatory and post-market requirements. Assess new product launch requirements and provide the regulatory information according to the needs.
• Work with product teams to develop regulatory strategy based on regulatory and post-market requirements.
• Review and approve labelling and marketing literature, as needed.
• Support supervisor, management and other Regulatory Affairs staff with all regulatory and compliance matters.
• Work with direct supervisor and senior internal stakeholders to identify key initiatives, which may be affected by present or emerging policies. Develop and recommend government affairs policy positions to upper management.
• Support QA on the Recall and Adverse Event reporting in Singapore and other key markets in Southeast Asia, perform Recall and Adverse Event reporting.
• Archive and maintain all paper and electronic submission documents properly.
• Protect company confidential information by properly storing, retrieving, and disseminating such information only to those authorised.
• Apply for special access and/or other permits related to product/site, as needed.
• Support QA on local quality system processes, GDPMDS, internal and external audit.
• Support on NEA Packaging Reporting, SPF Hazardous License, as needed.
• Conduct monthly update meeting with all relevant stakeholders, actively participate in RA/QA team activities.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

SQP oversees critical and non critical supplier mainly mechanical parts in. SQP is responsible in leading before and after FAS (First Article Submission) qualify and monitor quality performance of new / existing suppliers and ensure uninterrupted supplies of materials and services. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead and Drive First Article Submission for new and existing supplier

Supplier Quality Professional develop Quality plan such as Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Manufacturing Process Plan (MPP) & Inspection Test Plan (ITP) to new supplier. Perform supplier audits such as QMS, Process and HSE. This will involve visit/audit and assessing their capability and FAI. 2. Lead quality performance review

Worked closely with suppliers, to monitor conduct audit for vendor performance. Conduct in process audit and drive for closure of audit findings and continuous improvement and reduction of COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality). Lead the discussion with the suppliers and ensure timely response is executed to deliver result to our internal customers. Guide Procurement and team for supplier performance review process.

3. Supplier Development.

SQP shall drive for vendor development, identify and develop new special process to meet turnkey objective and reduce leadtime of supplier.

4. Analyse supply market.

SQP shall propose and execute creative ways to improve supplier process which creates financial value to the organization.

5. Maintain good relationship with stake holders and customer/s

SQP maintain good relationship with stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering and Quality. Work with cross functional teams in resolution of process and quality issues related to design, application and manufacturing process. Develop quality consciousness and impart application of quality tools such as FMEA, 8D.

6. Develop Product Quality Control Plan

SQP shall also be in charge in developing Quality Control Plan according to the requirements of the customer. He/She shall ensure that required processes and documentations and surveillance points are identified in the QCP. He/She shall liase closely with the customer during development of the new QCP and revision of the existing QCP and its approval (internal and Customer).

7. Customer /Third Party Inspection coordinator

SQP shall manage Customer and Third Party inspection of products/parts. He/She shall ensure that each Quality Control Plan activity which requires surveillance points are monitored and conducted accordingly. He/She will liase and communicate closely with the internal and external customers to ensure that TPI inspections are executed according to the plan schedule.

8. Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.

The Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Associate Manager communicates the quality policy and objectives to help ensure the maintenance of the overall healthcare compliance for the operation/department. He/She reviews global standard operating procedures (SOPs), reviews and approves client and facility work instructions, trains QA personnel and internal clients on SOPs and regulatory topics, and oversees the maintenance of the quality management system. This position participates in internal, client, and agency audits, and follows up on audit outcomes. He/She maintains knowledge of healthcare quality and regulatory requirements and assesses and addresses risks associated with changes as well as transporting healthcare products. This position oversees multiple facilities and supervises specialists.

Responsibilities

Interfaces with Internal Groups, Clients, and Agencies

• Consults with internal groups (e.g., Operations, Building and System Engineering, Business Development, IT, etc.) and investigates and resolves healthcare issues to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Assists with internal groups (e.g. Business Development, Solutions and Implementation, Operations, IT, etc.) to review new business opportunities to advise on certification and licensing requirements to be in compliance with ever changing local regulations and global SOP.
• Reviews policies, procedures, and regulations with clients to determine specialized requirements and ensure compliance.
• Interfaces with client QA departments and attends sales presentations and business reviews to support the coordination of client activities.
• Participates in regulatory agency interactions to interpret rules and regulations.
• Assists in agency follow-ups after inspections and discovery of internal issues to meet respective agency requirements.
• Follows up with clients after audits to identify issues and mutually acceptable solutions.

Maintains Quality Documents and Procedures

• Writes and revises global standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performs random process adherence audits to ensure adherence to global and client specific processes.
• Establish and maintain postponement activities (e.g. kitting, labelling, bundling, repackaging etc)
• Assists in coordinating document and data control (e.g., numbering, version control, controlled copies, etc.) to ensure documentation and data meet quality standards and are orderly maintained.
• Establishes and maintains quality policies and programs to ensure proper document and data control methods are utilized.
• Assists in interfacing with Corporate Compliance and evaluates procedures across locations to ensure no overlaps and gaps in procedures and guidelines and consistency in content and implementation exist.
• Suggests quality improvements to SOPs, operational/department procedures, and client work instructions to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Reviews and approves client specific work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance with applicable regulations and UPS quality standards.

• Identifies and approves all qualified trainers to ensure training quality.
• Assists in the development and maintenance of all necessary training material to ensure quality and accuracy of content.
• Oversees the tracking and reporting of required employee training for the facility/department to ensure compliance.

Conducts and Oversees Internal and External Audit Programs

• Participates in information gathering and scheduling and prepares and distributes reports to prepare for internal and client audits.
• Performs internal audits, interacts with internal auditees, and records information and observations to track and trend audit findings, take corrective and preventative action, and maintain proof of audits and documentation.
• Hosts and responds to Corporate Compliance and agency audits to identify and conduct follow-up activities.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Science or Life Sciences related
• Need to be a license Pharmacist and willing to be a license holder for SG Healthcare facilities
• Brings along at least 5 years of work experience in pharmaceutical/medical device logistics related field
• Good interpersonal skills with the attributes of a team player and a keen eye for details
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
• Able to travel occasionally to APAC countries
