We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to oversee the testing and quality assurance efforts for our web application projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality software by implementing robust testing strategies, managing a team of QA engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA strategies, test plans, and scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Lead and mentor a QA team, fostering collaboration with development and other stakeholders.
• Oversee all phases of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Manage manual and automated testing efforts across multiple platforms (PC/Android/iOS).

Ideal candidate:

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

Minimum of 3 years of experience in exploratory testing and regression test automation.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend day to day part quality issues / MRB reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all supplier-related quality issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams, such as Engineering, Procurement / Buyer, Planner, Operation, Logistic to address any supplier-related quality issues.
