Job Responsibilties

• Provide after-sales product and technical support - engaging with customers, clarification meetings, supporting 3rd party events.
• Design BMS system architecture, HVAC control system and optimization program tailored to each upgrading project requirement.
• Analyse existing BMS operation and HVAC performance to propose system renewal and control system improvement.
• Support project management team on existing building upgrades including testing and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot Yamatake and Azbil product problems for existing maintenance at job site.
• Track and analyse recurring faults or issues in BMS and other monitoring systems to identify patterns.
• Use trend date to provide insights on system vulnerabilities and potential areas for improvement.
• Perform various engineering calculation, equipment sizing and selection and procurement of equipment ensuring it meets safety standards and performance requirements.
• Supports the Sales on technical aspect to formulate Business Development plan for Building Automation Solutions in Singapore.
• Liaise with various departments in Headquarter in Japanese language to report the latest trends and requirements of Singapore Market
• Identifies industry trends, collects and assesses competitive and market intelligence.
• Regularly contact with Japanese and non- Japanese customers to exchange information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in BMS and Automation industry
• Well versed in specification and selection of Yamatake and Azbil building automation system and product, not limited to system and controller but including field devices like sensors, control valves
• Strong communication presentation skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Japanese Language both verbal and written is a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan project schedules and resource allocation, considering dependencies.
• Manage project issues and provide documentation for management reporting.
• Set critical evaluation criteria (e.g., Critical Points) and coordinating with the departments (e.g., IT, Compliance, Front office, Transaction banking).
• Respond to regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
• Report on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
• Scheduling project and resource planning ensuring that resource allocation is optimized and dependencies across all projects are considered.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.

Basic Requirements:

• Extensive experience in managing PMO tasks, particularly in core banking projects.
• Proven ability to lead and execute all PMO tasks.
• Background in the banking industry (either as an employee or consultant).
• Familiarity with package system implementations.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and Proactive in solving problems
• Experience in core banking projects.
• Experience in managing cross-functional issues in areas like Remittance, Trade Finance, Corporate Lending, Markets, and Security.

· Drive Technical and Maintenance support to all operating facilities in instrumentation and control systems, including ICSS / DCS / PLC

· Ensure the installations are maintained and managed with respect to regulatory requirements

· Actively contribute with technical and advisory support to Operations Managers / Maintenance Managers and offshore facilities in terms of Instrumentation and Control Systems

· Actively contribute to incident investigation and provide technical support to Emergency Response team as and when required

· Participate in planned shutdown as and when required

· Review and provide the engineering solutions for Management of Change Request from Facilities as per procedure

· Review the Shutdown / Breakdown Reports and verify / carry out Root Cause Analysis

· Update Lesson Learned Register based on Management of Change Request, Shutdown / Breakdown Reports review, Survey / Audit Reports etc.

· Provide in-house training for the offshore team as and when required

· Carry out competency evaluation for onboard E&I Supervisors and Instrument technicians as requested

· Provide budget requirements in terms of maintenance, long term plan and surveys

· Provide input for new project bids and variation orders, based on Lessoned Learned from operating facilities

· Act as a mentor and resource for new employees and less experienced colleagues

· Continuously make suggestions for improvements in all spheres of influence

· Additional responsibilities as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years experience in finance management in construction industry
• Good communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
• Auditing experience.
