• Drive incoming quality assurance process improvement in efficiency and effectiveness
• Owner of Non-Conformities and Error Management Systems. Collaborate with Headquarters for any system upgrade or changes
• Responsible for non-conforming materials disposition and Material Review Board (MRB)/ Corrective Action Board (CAB) and drive robust corrective and preventive actions

Qualification & Experiences:

Software Quality Engineer Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic tech team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust testing strategies and drive continuous improvement in our development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies that cover all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
• Design, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.

Automation and Tooling:

• Lead the development of automated testing frameworks using Cypress/Playwright for end-to-end testing.
• Implement performance and load testing using tools like Gatling, K6, and Autocannon to ensure platform scalability.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct contract testing with Pact.js to validate interactions between microservices.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and new features are implemented.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain the E2E pipeline and promptly address any issues to prevent blocking or delays.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and DevOps engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, providing QA insights and contributing to sprint planning.
• Collaborate with other QEs and team members to prepare the weekly deployment and lead the deployment activities.

Issue Resolution and Reporting:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Proven experience with automation testing, particularly using Cypress for E2E testing.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like Gatling and Autocannon.
• Experience with contract testing frameworks such as Pact.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (TypeScript) and familiarity with Go.
• Solid understanding of frontend and backend technologies, including ReactJS, ExpressJS, and Gin-gonic.

1. Perform daily periodic checks of Central Kitchen to ensure compliance to in-house GMP/GHP standards, SOP, Product Specifications, etc.

3. Ensure Process Verification and Validation exercise are completed (i.e. SOP/CCP verification, new product launch process observation, monthly facility checks, monthly traceability exercise, finished goods shelf-life verification, etc.)

4. Conduct investigations on product/process non-conformance (on-line and customer complaints) and follow-up on proposed corrective/preventive measures to ensure effectiveness.

5. Promptly follow-up with contractors (chemical/pest control) during routine servicing to ensure work orders are conducted as per contract.

6. Participate and engage in quality system implementation (audit activities by regulatory/certification bodies and customers).

7. Conduct data/trend analysis on non-conformity of raw material/finished goods, pest reporting statistics, monthly production and facility check statistics, etc. for process and quality improvement.

8. Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.

9. Report all non-conformances, discrepancies and/or deviations, and follow-up on the investigation of the non-conformity results.
