Purpose: The role is responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities of the Company products and processes. The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist supports day-to-day QA activities at a multi-product, cGxP contract manufacturing facility. Key focus areas include Quality Systems, QA Validation and Technical Compliance, Quality Compliance (Audit/External), and Quality Operations. Potential candidates should show proven knowledge of cGMP, strong problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.

Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. The person will be responsible to handle Customers requirements such as complaints, test data & other technical information as requested. Customer complaints handling will also include the necessary communication with all the stake holders (Customer, Supplier, CS, PP, SVM, LOG).
