Purpose:

• To manage QC equipment life cycle from qualification to decommissioning including calibration and maintenance plan follow up

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical responsibilities
• Manage new QC equipment qualification as per change control and validation processes (i.e. URS, System classification, Audit trail review assessment, DQ/IQ/OQ, PPC09)

Responsibilities

• Organise and conduct regular credit and accounts receivable review meetings with business units and sales departments to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Follow up and communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Review and process new customer account applications.
