Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. • To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.

Position: Admin cum Account Assistant

(Singapore Citizen / Singapore Permanent Residence Only)

Salary: up to $2000 - $2600 depending on experience

Timing /Shifts: 5.5 Days Week

Job Description:

· Perform general administrative duties, including managing phone calls, emails, follow up when necessary and correspondence.

· Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.

Project Administrator [ Construction ]

Salary: $2,400 - $3,000
Working Timing: Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm
Working Location: Near Aljunied / MacPherson / Paya Lebar MRT

Responsibilities:

• Assist project team in all administration functions and processes.

• Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials.

• Acting as the contact point for all project participants.

• Maintain proper project documentation and filing.

• Coordinate with the project team on relevant document submission (Catalogue, Operation& Maintenance Manual and Account opening).

• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks / Project related administrative work assigned by the Project team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

• 2 -3 years of experience as a Project Administrator or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word & Excel)
