• Generate content for bi-monthly D&C Newsletter and drive process;
• Prepare monthly Design Approval Status report;
• Flagging design risks/issues that may compromise the brand, food safety or health of crew;
• Participation in monthly design calls with our markets to track & update market pipeline; and
• Support D&C Manager in any other assignments as required within the D&C scope.

The person must possess:

• Tertiary qualification in Interior Design with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in restaurant design
• Strong attention to details and good spatial skills;
• Clear written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong AutoCad, 3D Modeling, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Suites capabilities
• Ability to influence various levels of stakeholders, franchisee engagement experience is desirable
• Strong communicator and analytical skills
• Team player’s spirit
