机电协调员（M&E coordinator）

Job responsibilities（工作职责）：

(1) Review project specifications and technical clarifications.

(2) Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with client, consultants and sub-contractors.

(3) Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule.

(4) Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.

(5) Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission.

(6) Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance.

(7) Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors.

Requirements（要求）：

(4) Attend tender interviews and answer tender-related queries.

(5) Establish the Project cost estimation and control procedures

(6) Control & report Overall Project Construction Costs/Budget

(8) Team support to the Project Manager in Contract Management Cost Control.

(9) Manage contractual matters relating to cost and delays with the client and the subcontractors.

(12) Project management involving the supervision of subcontractors, regular site inspections, liaising with clients and consultants to ensure timely completion of the projects.
