- Log support requests to relevant vendor to resolve issues

- Assist to maintain and manage inventory

- Provisioning and deprovisioning PCs when staff onboard and offboard

- Perform any other duties/projects assigned

Requirements

-Relevant experience or related ITE/diploma education

-Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as well

Assist in preparation and submission of tender quotations and ensure timeline are met for every tender.

Quantity take-off for all the tenders, in the form of manual measurement and update the amendment changes of the tender

During tender stages, sourcing of quotation for rates and technical data are required due to every project’s requirement varies.

Arrange and carry out tender interview, negotiate of price with suppliers and subcontractors including of preparation of sub-contract agreement / letter of award.

Monitoring progress claims and payments, sub-contractors payment, certification, VO submission and final accounts

Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in construction industry

Proficient in MS Office and other Measurement Software

• Responsible to oversee the day-to-day planning, management, operations and safety of facilities management works and service with adequate administrative staff.
• Responsible to carry out systems' heath and obsolescence monitoring, obsolescence management, crisis management, fire safety management, investigation and carry out rooy cause analysis of the incident, not limited to accident, power outage, and systems failure.
• Shall be full-time on-site
