Responsibilities
Ā· Propose buy quantity to management and drive the overseas and local buy of raw materials as per approval obtained
Ā· Responsible for forecast buys for new products and replenishment
Ā· Ensure stock inventory is accurate and up to date and generate stock inventory reports for management
Ā· Responsible for supplier and cost evaluation (quality, cost, delivery, MOQ, etc)
Ā· Responsible for supplier negotiation, cost analysis and conduct post debriefs
Ā· Responsible to follow through the end to end operational procurement process from placing order, issuing and following up on Purchase Order delivery and shipment schedules
Ā· Ensuring all purchase order are fulfilled and delivered Just in time
Ā· Able to get an alternative or replacement products for out of stock items or product delayed in shipment
Ā· Perform good receiving operation, all necessary documentation processing and ERP system input
Ā· Ensure stock inventory is accurate and up to date and generate stock inventory reports for management
Ā· Liaise with Finance for invoicing and payment matters
Ā· Maintain strong working relationship with our suppliers the internal brand team and operations team
Ā· Ensure logistics to the stores are in place and meet operational needs.
Ā· Any other duties or ah-hoc tasks assigned
Requirement
Ā· Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics Management or equivalent preferably
Ā· Minimum 2 year experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B industry
Ā· Confident, presentable, energetic and possess a pleasant personality
Ā· Meticulous in execution of work duties
Ā· Pro-active, flexible, adaptable and a fast learner in a demanding work environment
Ā· Positive attitude and hardworking
