Job Purpose:

The Deputy Director, Healthcare Redesign Department, is responsible for driving the implementation and adoption of technology-enabled care transformation within Alexandra Hospital. Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Health Services Research, or a related field.
• Over 15 years of experience in healthcare administration, research, or a related field, with a focus on healthcare system performance and innovation.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale healthcare projects.
• Experience in health system performance strategy, particularly in the context of translating research into practice.
