Job Specification/Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy
• Preferably Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist or equivalent from country of origin.

Experience

• Preferably with 3 years clinical work experience in various Intensive Care Units in a reputable hospital.

Skills

We are looking for a dedicated Senior/Executive to join our SingHealth Staff Protection Office. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (Workplace Safety), you will serve as the key point of contact for SingHealth institutions, providing guidance and support in handling incidents of abuse or harassment involving patients and their next of kin.

In this role, you will work closely with frontline staff to ensure that all policies related to incident response are both effective and relevant. Your responsibilities will include managing immediate responses to incidents, overseeing reporting processes, and coordinating post-incident management strategies.
