The Role of Vigeo's Personal Trainer:

• Guide students how to train effectively: Passionately coach and motivate students in a safe and highly engaging fitness environment, utilizing our unique Vigeo personal trainer system.
• Coach in a small group setting: Lead small group training sessions (up to 4 clients) in a safe and engaging environment, ensuring proper exercise technique and client safety.
• Foster a positive atmosphere and experience by motivating and inspiring clients to achieve their full potential by providing ongoing support and encouragement.
• Help coach each students beyond the gym by offering guidance and support through regular check-ins on their daily exercise, nutrition and habits.
• Cultivate and maintain Vigeo's community Grow the Vigeo Community by contributing to building a strong, supportive community spirit within the gym.

Financial Returns

• Collate suppliers’ documentation for processing
• Ensure all invoices have the appropriate documentation attached and approvals prior to processing. Check and match invoices and delivery order with purchase order or purchase requisition.
• Process all invoices and suppliers statement of accounts.
• Record and process payments of goods and services
• Maintain a filing system for accounts payable records
• Check arithmetic accuracy of invoices and assign general ledger codes as per chart of accounts
• Assist in reconciling the weekly purchase log
• Ensure invoices are approved by the Head of Department / Executive Committee before payment is processed
• Prepare cheque run for approval on a weekly basis or a timely manner. Prepare payment through pre-printed cheque, manual cheque, Giro banking payment and Telegraphic Transfer.
• Ensuring all expense and travel claims submitted are in order with all the necessary supporting documents before submitting for final approval
• Liaising with vendors on payment issues and disputes
• Assist in preparing the accruals journal at month end for regular suppliers and delivery dockets not paid
• Assist in preparing the payment of travel agent commissions and ensure all supporting documents are in place
• Assist to post journal for month-end closing
• Assist to reconcile GST input listing for month end closing and GST filing.

People

• Communicate and coach Finance team members to ensure Finance policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Interact with department and hotel staff in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective 2 way communication.
• Work better together with the other Finance team member, taking over the duties when he/she is not available.

Job Description

· Preparation of precast shop drawings including plans, elevations, sections, details, anchorage, starter bar layout etc.

· Ensure and check that all drawings are done accurately

· To study all architectural and structural drawings necessary for the project

· Able to study and prepare fine details in shop drawings

· Able to use both 2D and 3D software

· Manage and update Master Drawing List

· Controls information coming in from Main Contractors and Consultants

· Prepare as built drawings upon completion of project

· Prepare documents and drawings for ST submission

· Housekeeping of project folders

Requirements

· Minimum ITE or Diploma certificate in BIM or Architectural/ Structural discipline

· Preferably 1 year experience in construction firm

· Preferably experience in 3D Cad, Rhino would be an advantage

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Preferably Singaporean/ PR
