8. Assisting in the photocopying of school materials
9. Assisting in the transport arrangements/confirmation for CCA and/or events
10. Assisting in office admin such as updating organisation chart and honour rolls, office equipment maintenance, ordering fruit baskets, preparation/setup of events venue, replenishing first aid box, stationery, sanitisers, tissue boxes etc
11. Attending to emergency cases by calling for emergency ambulance services when directed
12. Any other duties assigned by Admin Manager or supervising officers

· To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day-to-day operations.

· Familiar with structural work

· Develop a work schedule for workers

· Supervise all construction workers

· Solve disputes between workers

· To carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear to adhere to the company's safety policies.

· Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors

· Report on progress to managers, quantity surveyor etc.
