JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills
• shall be qualified, competent and experienced with tertiary qualification in construction, recognised either by the respective Professional Bodies, professional institutions or Building and Construction Authority.and with experience managing and co-ordinating large-scale projects effectively, and with experience performing as a Project Manager role for industrial and/or large-scale developments.
• Good leadership to lead a team of project staff
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
• Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate

Responsibilities

• To carry out supervisory roles in day-to-day site activities including taking care of workers and coordinating with client’s supervisory staff to manage inspections, etc.
• Ensure that all construction works (civil and structure) are carried out or constructed according to the approved plans and design.
• Ensure all works are carried out within time schedule, follow the safety protocols, and maintain the required quality.
• Coordinate with fellow colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
• Ensure proper preparation of work areas for subcontractors to carry out their works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.
• Monitor the performance of subcontractors, and evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adherence to schedule.
• Keep daily site records of manpower, materials usage, and works status.
• Attends all necessary site progress meetings, and internal meetings as & when required.
• Embraces safety and ensures all practices comply with safety regulations.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS)/ Supervise Construction Work in Workplace Safety and Health Certificate.

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction Industry.

· He/she needs to be oaky with 5.5 Working Days

· Ability to work independently and target-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

· Will be based at project site office.

· Ability to interact effectively with project teams and managers at all levels.

Resposibilities to Perform testing and commissiong works in train cars

· Perform Warranty support, trouble shooting and periodic maintenance

Resolve technical issues related to installation, commissioning, and testing.

Maintain and repair the control systems of the BMS controlled throughout the site as determined by the manufacturers recommended system as detailed by the site management

· Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring structural & rectification works

· Liaise with sub-contractors and RE/ RTO

Requirements

· Min 5 years of relevant Structural foreman experience for Civil & Structural projects.

· Exprienced in Structural Works, preferably in precast works.

· Completed whole cycle of project in Singapore

· Strong communication and coordination skills

· Able to work independently and also in a team

Expected Function

• ·Able to understand, create, and amend drawings/ models in BIM software independently.
• Develop, prepare and maintain different disciplines/trades quality digital models with detailing and documentation, over different phases in the project lifecycle, including coordination activities with different stakeholders.
• Ability to perform quality control checks on project digital models with software and assist stakeholders in resolving inconsistencies with the results. Extract information, such as quantities and discrepancies to support other project-related activities.
• Conform to the timeline assigned for all project-related tasks and ensure timely deliverables, including preparing digital and hardcopy formats for distribution.
• Able to generate required information from the BIM software.
• Liaise & Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and issues.
• Work closely with Project Manager & project teams to ensure drawings/models are as per site requirements.
