Responsibilities:

· RTO shall be in charge of both M&E and Interior Design (ID) Works for this project

· Review all project drawings (including working drawings, shop drawings, authority submission drawings and as-built drawings) and specifications including architectural works, and raise any discrepancies and / or possible problems before the ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary, Electrical, Fire Protection System, ID and architectural work commences on site and progressively throughout the entire course of the project

· Submission of weekly RTO report for the completed M&E and ID works, which shall highlight the progress or any quality issues

· Attend site meetings and site walks with Owner and consultants

· Administer the Safety Management System and conduct periodic inspections on the provision of safety measures together with the Contractor’s site safety supervisor or Contractor representative to ensure that the Contractor complies with the Safety requirements

· Check on site quality of works, materials and samples delivered to site, take measures to rectify any non-compliance and report to Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person on any materials that are not conforming to the specifications

· Ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with Codes of Practices and requirements of authorities and government agencies

· Observe and comply with site safety, submit all reports as directed, and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner

· Supervision of all M&E and ID works as required under the project and mandated under the Building Control Act & Regulations

· Monitor the progress of work and certify contractor monthly progress claim according to actual work done on site

· Date of commencement: Jan 2025

· Contract Period: 14 months with option to extend on a monthly basis for total of 6 months

Requirements:

· Diploma / NCCS holder or higher in M&E discipline

· Must be experienced in reviewing M&E and Interior Design Works

· Min. 5 years of experience as RTO on local projects for clubs, restaurants, function rooms, commercial projects etc

· Experience in ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary, Electrical and Fire Alarm System, ID projects

· Good communication skills

· Accreditation of M&E RTO Certificate by IES

Working Hours

The Security Officer delivers the safety and security measures that meet the requirement of the Hotel Management.

Primary Responsibilities

Manages The Control Room

• Verifies all visitors, guests and contractors of their visit and issue pass to them after verifications.
• Records and issues departmental keys to the colleagues after verification. Acknowledges and records when the keys are returned.
• Reports and documents all incidents in the Security Management Occurrence log.
• Answers to all telephone enquiries in a calm and professionally manner.

• Assists in managing the Electronic Parking System for the Carpark, including printing the Daily Revenue Report and Settlement Report daily.

• Prepares to assume the role of a CERT member when the need arises.

Carries Out Static Duties

• Ensures a peaceful environment, greets guest coming/going out of the hotel, to report and take action if there is a disturbance.
• Ensures orderly traffic flow, advises drivers of unauthorised parking to park at designated car park and to report and take action if there is disturbance.
• Conducts checks on unauthorised parking, advise the driver to park in designated car parks, to report and take action if there is disturbance.
• Ensures only authorised contractors or supplier’s vehicles is allow to park in the loading bay.
• Ensures smooth traffic movements in the loading bay.
• Ensures the vehicles are parked in an assigned parking lot.
• Ensures no obstruction cause to other vehicles using the loading bay.
• Verifies the identities of all contractors/workers using the loading bay.
• Responds to any emergencies within 3 minutes or less.

Patrols The Hotel Grounds And Buildings

• Residence patrolling for crime prevention and to report of any incidents, disputes disturbances or found properties left unattended.
• Perimeter patrolling to ensure that the hotel’s exterior walls are not vandalised or damaged, ensures the street lamps are in working condition.
• Raffles Arcade Blocks patrolling for crime prevention, providing assistances or enquires from City guests or members of the public.
• Responds to any emergencies within 3 minutes or less.

Involvement As A Member Of The Security Team

• Provides security escorts for finance department to the bank.
• Witnessing for colleagues depositing sales proceeds at finance department.
• Crowd Control Duty during major events or VVIP visits.
• Prepare to assume the role of the CERT members and First Aider.

Candidate Profile

Knowledge and Experience

• Must be a registered Security Officer with Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) and holds a valid Security License issued by PLRD.
• Secondary education with WSQ Certification in Security Operations.
• Certified in First Aid, CPR and AED.
• Certified CERT member as per Singapore Civic Defence Force (SCDF) guidelines under High Risks Installation (HRI) Tier 1

We are looking for a Reservations Officer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling reservations inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Providing information about room availability, rates, and packages to potential guests.
• Assisting guests in making reservations, modifications, or cancellations.
• Ensuring accurate and timely entry of reservation data into the booking system.
• Providing excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirement:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Open to fresh graduates.

Candidate must be comfortable using Microsoft (Excel, ppt, words etc).

Leasing Duties:

• Perform administrative duties and support to Leasing team
• Input information and data including conducting taking video/filming on various train stations to update central.system.
• Prepare memos and other related documents to support putting up memo for approval.
• Liaise with various tenants (if required) on lease-related matters
• Ensure good tenants’ relations through regular communication and prompt response to tenants’ needs
• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of reports
• Maintain and update database, floor plan and Tenants’ contact list

Short-Term Leases Duties:

• Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the event space, pushcarts business and shop space for short term basis within the Company's commercial portfolio
• Supporting the event processes and execution, including, but not limited to, idea-nation, budgeting, planning, marketing, registration, coordinating and operations for conferences, workshops, events, dinners etc in physical, virtual or hybrid formats
• To plan, coordinate and work closely with the appointed event organiser and venue partner for all event logistics related matters.
• Supporting the sourcing and securing suitable vendors/clients that fit into the desired tenant mix of the Xchanges. This will include active cold callings, site viewings and managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with event organizers
• Coordination with clients in pre and post-sales and administrative function to complete the sales cycle
• Any other assigned duties
