What You’ll Do:

• Review and resolve tracking inconsistencies, including issues with funnel analysis and data gaps.
• Audit the integration and configuration of Segment and BigQuery, ensuring accurate and complete data collection.
• Conduct a root cause analysis of past tracking issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Build, optimise, and document ETL pipelines to ensure accurate and reliable data flows.
• Enhance tracking schemas, event definitions, and data integration processes to support business needs.
• Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to create a unified tracking plan, ensuring alignment and consistency.
• Develop and enforce data governance standards, including naming conventions, event schemas, and processes for implementing tracking changes.
• Implement real-time monitoring and alerting systems to identify and resolve data anomalies proactively.
• Create robust processes for testing tracking updates in staging environments before production deployment.
• Provide training and documentation to key team members, enabling them to query and interpret data confidently.
• Evaluate and optimise existing tools like BigQuery and Segment for scalability and evolving business needs.
• Design solutions to accommodate new product features, platforms, and growth initiatives without disrupting existing data flows.

Who You Are:

This role is crucial in optimizing people processes, enhancing employee well-being, and maintaining people policies. We are looking for someone who is organized, empathetic, and eager to grow their expertise in people operations within a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily people operational tasks and contribute to the execution of people initiatives.
• Manage employee records accurately and confidentially.
• Participate in people projects, such as coordinating meetings, training sessions, and employee surveys, with precise documentation.
• Address employee inquiries regarding people policies, procedures, and benefits, offering accurate guidance and support.
• Assist in the payroll process by collecting and verifying employee data (e.g., hours worked, leaves, etc.).
