Totally site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring and reporting work progress.
Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements
To liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection.
To attend weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progression report..

To prepare & supervise moke up samples works and submission with clients

To arrange site inspection with client & QA/QC team

To prepare & submission inspection records to client

Test all items in the inspection and test plan at the work site or laboratory to verify conformation to the specified requirements.

Liaise with the external laboratory to carry out the testing of materials (Paints, Concrete, rebar, and other field tests).

Assist the Manager in preparing handover documents and the handover process.

Ensure all site inspection records, QAQC documents & TC records are up to date.

Safety responsible for compliance with safety & occupational health practices to be implemented at QAQC Section.

Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods
