About The Opportunity

As a Patient Care Ambassador, you will be a key member of our Clinic and Medical Centre, being the face of the Medical Centre, as well as handling administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth operation of our facility.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Skills Required:

Overview

Reporting to the Head, Insight and System, RHS Office (RHSO), the appointment holder will help to manage and support the development of digital engagement plans and projects with HealthierSG (HSG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and learning management system. Job Description
