Overview and Objective of the Position

The Marketing Officer will work collaboratively with the Marketing and Admissions team in the execution and evaluation of marketing strategies that contribute to growth of domestic student enrolments at Curtin Singapore.

A key focus of this role will be in executing recruitment and conversion activities to drive increased domestic student enrolments. This will be achieved by supporting partnership management, development and execution of sales and marketing strategy, and tactical execution of lead conversion strategies.

Key Result Areas:

• Participate in student recruitment activities including, but not limited to, training, events, education fairs, handling enquiries, campus tours and student conversion
• Liaise with applicants, education agents onshore and offshore and Navitas Source Country Offices in regard to applications and enrolments such as:

1. Implement interaction through various communication channels
2. Manage or respond to enquiries or applications with relevant stakeholders
3. Provide information packs to stakeholders
4. Identify and allocate applicant enquiries to relevant stakeholders
5. Facilitate resolution of issues raised by relevant stakeholders

• Work closely with the Admissions team regarding student applications and acceptance process
• Contribute to student recruitment targets and provide input on forecasts against key initiatives and enrolment targets
• Provide input into the development of annual marketing plans, recruitment targets and budget
• Provide support on data collection for market and competitor research
• Provide support in building and nurturing relationships with agents, schools/ institutions, industry, and governments
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory framework
• Domestic travel may be required

Qualifications and Selection Criteria Essential

• Relevant qualifications and demonstrated work experience within the education industry or related area
• Demonstrated commitment to the provision of a high quality client-focused service and develop sales and recruitment strategies that deliver against agreed student targets
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of tasks with competing priorities in an organized manner and within strict deadlines
• High level interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills including Business level written and oral capability in English and Mandarin
• Ability to demonstrate innovative thinking and proactive work habits including an eye for detail

- Conduct home visits to deliver psychoeducation, support, and care coordination services to clients and caregivers.

Job Requirement:

- Registered Nurse with valid certification from the Singapore Nursing Board.

- Possess a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) or Advanced Diploma in Mental Health, or relevant qualifications in social work, counseling, or psychology.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in psychiatric settings (e.g., Community Psychiatric Clinic, Institute of Mental Health) preferred.

- Strong passion for community work and supporting individuals with mental health disorders.

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.

- Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office and other relevant software.

- Familiarity with the healthcare environment and mental health services.

Working Location: Bukit Batok

Rotating Shift: 5 days work week (i.e. either 6.30 am to 4.15 pm or 8.45 am to 6.30 pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Performing access control to ensure that only authorized visitors (eg. Parents) and staff are allowed entry into school compound.
• Ensuring proper records in both Visitor’s and Contractor’s Log (eg. Temperature checks, company’s name, contact information).
• Conduct regular patrolling around the school compound to ensure that the school is adequately secured and protected at all times
• Ensure vehicular traffic is managed professionally.
• Conduct security monitoring with use of surveillance systems, detect and report security breaches
• Administer access control and alarm monitoring systems to manage access into sensitive and restricted areas (if any)
• Respond to security incident and emergencies and report to Operation Manager as and when necessary
• Ensure that surveillance systems are in good working condition and to report any fault for immediate rectification.
• Provide support to the school’s activities or events as and when needed.

• A valid PLRD license issued by the Singapore Police Force.
• At least 2 year of relevant working experience
• Preferably with traffic control experience
