• Liaise with the equipment vendors at a technical and professional manner so that equipment faults escalation can be resolved within the shortest possible time

• Ensure the operation teams comply with client & regulatory requirements.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in related ACMV, and Electrical or equivalent.

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV or equivalent.

• Possess strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to work under pressure in a complex environment.

Contract Period:

• 3 Feb 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (11 Months + 1 Year optional renewal by school)

Deployment:

• Mon to Thurs: 6.45 am to 4.00 pm
• Fri: 6.45 am to 3.30 pm

Scope of Service:

1. Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work, printing of worksheets and managing correspondences with stakeholders.
2. Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders.
3. Handle walk-in customer service.
4. Administer basic first aid and care for sick students.
5. Perform printing jobs (for worksheets, booklets, letters, etc).

Requirements:

• Possess Basic first Aid Certification
• Proficiency with MS Office
