Key Responsibilities

• Ensure occupational safety, health, and security within the workplace.
• Oversee safety practices and execute Safety Health & Security (SHS) activities to ensure compliance with legal regulations while promoting a safe work environment.
• Organize and document monthly safety meetings with Field Service Operations and quarterly SHS Committee Meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
• Plan and conduct safety-related training for staff, both internal and external.
• Conduct safety inspections at office and customer premises, providing follow-up reports.
• Update HIRARC, SWP, and MOS as needed.
• Supervise and monitor safe operations of FSO activities on-site, ensuring they align with customer requirements and protocols.
• Coordinate with various agencies for license renewals.
• Participate actively in facilities and fleet management activities.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by superiors to support business operations.

• Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Certified with WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
• Additional certifications in safety and health are advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• A valid Class 3/3A driving license is beneficial.
• Cleanroom experience is preferred but not mandatory.
