TikTok FundSafety team focus has been focusing on all fund related business and make the best user experience to world wild users. Also we are a new and fast growth team.

As a member of FundSafety, millions of dollars need to handle correctly every day inside your platform, focus on transaction, settlement/clear, payment domin, take care of the consistency, reconciliation, script-engine etc. In addition, you need follow the business development progress also, understanding business logic details exactly.

The Accounts Officer is responsible for processing credit application, invoicing, debt collection, account receivable cashiering, reconciliation and month end requirement. He/ She must ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various debtor accounts and ensure they are posted on a timely basis. Accounts Receivable Duties

City Ledger:

· To assess the customer's credit worthiness by research through various available sources and to recommend credit approval or disapproval to the Management.

· Process all Credit Applications, ensuring that clients are notified promptly and professionally.

· In the AR module, set up AR accounts for newly approved credits and ensure creditors’ details are correct at all times.

· Accountable for the accurate processing of all AR accounts.

· Ensure that all Debtors’ invoices are accurate; all services invoiced supported by a valid guarantee of payment and the room rates correct.

· Check the room rates as reflected in the invoices are in line with the contracted rates accorded to the companies, airlines & agents. Any ad-hoc rates, the head of department has to be aware of the rates given by the sales manager.

· Follow up with Sales & Reservations Department if there is a variance in the room rates charged.

· Responsible for the timely transfer of the invoices to the city ledger and prompt mailing (or emailing) of the invoices to the debtors.

· Assist in dealing promptly with client queries on city ledger account. Answer debtors’ inquiries promptly and effectively.

· Complete a daily summary of all adjustments related to the City Ledger; ensure that it is distributed as necessary and reconciled with a PMS generated report at end of shift.

· Maintain proper filing procedures.

Credit Cards:

· Ensure that all credit card transaction are verified for completeness and the accounts formally reconciled on a daily basis.

· Calculate and accurately post credit card commissions.

· Promptly investigate all credit card disputes, liaising with the Front Office and the banks.

· Ensure all guest refund are processed in a timely manner as per the hotel policy; with all supporting paperwork and required authorizations.

· To preform monthly credit card payment reconciliation.

· Ensure the operation procedures are in accordance with PCI-DSS compliances.

Month End:

· Accurately process all Monthly Statements and mailed promptly.

· Ensure that all Month End reports are printed and forwarded to the Director of Finance to prepare the balance sheet reconciliation.

Credit Control Duties

Credit applications:

· Process credit applications within 10 working days, ensuring that clients are notified promptly and professionally.

· The credit worthiness of all applicants is formally checked and approval received from Director of Finance.

· Review the credit worthiness of all existing non-Accor approved clients on a yearly basis.

City Ledger:

· Ensure all invoices / statement are issued on a timely basis.

· Monitor the prompt follow-up of all overdue accounts and minimize the recovery delay.

· Implement effective inquiry response procedure for guests and management.

· Ensure all travel agent commissions are timely processed and paid.

· Report on monthly accounts receivable ageing analysis and detailed accounts’ ledgers.

· Conduct credit meetings at least once a month.

· Attend Credit Managers Group meetings to remain well informed credit risks.

· Appropriately manage all delinquent accounts, liaising with debt collectors where needed.

· Review and recommend accounts to be written off, providing appropriate documentation.

• Operate, maintain and ensure safety while operating the crane.
• Inspect the crane regularly for repair and ensure it is in good working condition for the next day operations.

Job Summary:

This is a risk management and business supporting role for the Life & Health business of PartnerRe in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. The ideal candidate must be able to manage case underwriting responsibilities and product development support for external and internal clients, provide expert opinions, trainings, and support the delivery of innovative underwriting solutions to clients. The candidate should be able to multitask, contribute towards the growth of our business with prudence and due diligence and strive to enhance our footprint and technical expertise within the industry. In addition, the candidate should demonstrate strong customer-orientation, whilst maintaining a proactive and positive working relationship with clients, team members and cross functional colleagues.

Job Description:

· Perform underwriting assessment for all lines of business, adhering to Partner Re’s underwriting philosophy, with consistent, competitive, quality and timely decisions for New-business and Claims re-underwriting

· Build deeper engagement with key clients, understand their product and underwriting needs and review, resolve and respond to cedants inquiries while ensuring timely and quality service standards are met

· Participate in the development of the underwriting manual and operational manual. Responsible for providing inputs for developing, implementing and maintaining Partner Re’s underwriting manual guidelines

· Lead or assist in offsite or onsite client reviews

· Review and provide inputs to product design, policy provisions, treaties, underwriting guidelines, initiatives, campaigns, and related requests in a timely manner in order to help develop business

· Provide advice, medical literature review, and relevant statistical research to assist with assumptions setting, product pricing, and development of new pricing bases

· Develop market specific underwriting strategy for the markets assigned and support the identification, evaluation and execution of potential opportunities requested from business teams

· Plan or assist in developing and executing training plans and conferences for Partners Re’s clients

· Engagement in projects and process improvement initiatives (internal and external), new underwriting philosophy, guidelines or responsibilities as required for the team functioning

· Contribute to building the PartnerRe brand by promoting thought leadership through active engagement in external conferences and forums as well as in client meetings, publishing articles

· Travel as per business requirements

Competencies:

· Minimum 7 years’ of experience as a senior underwriter with a direct insurer or reinsurer

· Excellent case underwriting skills with high authorities for mortality and living benefits

· Strong analytical and presentation skills

· Team player. Experience in cross functional collaboration, projects will be an added advantage

· Good Product development skills will be an added advantage

· Work experience in Hong Kong or Singapore or South East Asia Markets

· Need to have good English language skills, preferably Chinese language skills

· University Degree, preferably in Medicine, Life Sciences or Finance

· Holds a professional underwriting qualification or is working towards its completion (e.g. FLMI, FALU)

• Drive profitable sales expansion with a focus on acquiring new and re-engaging with dormant accounts, while growing existing clients
• Gather and analyze market and industry intelligence, metrics, and trends to determine customer needs.
• Deliver business development related presentations, negotiate, and close business with nominated accounts, working in coordination with colleagues within the local business.
• Prepare reports and presentations showing sales volume by sector, region, location, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion as required.
• Achieve sales goals by converting, retaining and penetrating accounts
• Actively participate in regular pipeline reviews, ensuring all CRM records are up to date and critical success factors are identified for key opportunities

Requirements:

• Min Degree in any Engineering discipline
• Min 8 – 10 years of Technical Sales experience in Construction Chemicals
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs. Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect.

M&E Coordinator
