Job Summary

Join our team as a Customer Success Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing technical expertise, proactive solutions, and tailored support. You'll act as the bridge between the technical and customer-facing teams, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of our 360° AI capture technology.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard: Lead technical onboarding, provide training, and ensure seamless customer deployment of our AI solutions.

A Building Construction Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing our construction projects to ensure they are completed efficiently, safely, and according to design specifications. Their duties and responsibilities typically include the following:

Requirements:

Preferably a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with about 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination

• Develop detailed work schedules and plans for construction activities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Allocate resources, such as labour, materials, and equipment, effectively.

2. Site Management

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Monitor and manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

3. Quality Control

• Inspect and verify that construction work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and address defects, errors, or deviations from the design.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

4. Budget Management

• Track project expenses and ensure that the project stays within budget.
• Approve and manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Maintain records of all project-related financial transactions.

5. Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure construction activities comply with Singapore building codes, regulations, and permits.
• Maintain accurate records of progress reports, inspections, and project documentation.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders regarding project updates.

6. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making

• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

7. Training and Supervision

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducts or provides for employee safety training / briefing, including classroom lectures, demonstrations or hands-on instruction.
• Implement Permit to Work (PTW) system for all high-risk work activities.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and organize periodic audits.
• Participate and advise Risk Management (RM) team in preparation of activity based Risk assessment and safe work procedures.
• Conduct safety coordination meetings and committee meetings as per regulatory requirements.
• Conduct and present monthly OSH / HSE and accident/ incident reports and findings.
• Reviews and tracking of accidents / incidents statistics and makes recommendation for preventive measures.
• Inspect the Company / site facilities observing operations and activities, investigating health and safety complaints and ensuring that the Company is in compliance with the legislative obligations and Statutory requirements compliance.
• Formulating and coordination of Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Observes work in progress, ensures that proper safety equipment is worn, and procedures are followed.
• Coordinates and consults with Project Managers, Project Engineer and WSH Officer and Supervisors regarding health and safety issues in their respective areas and notifies them regarding violation of safety regulations.
• Ensures preparation of safety manuals, training outlines and employee instructions for work deemed to have recognized hazards.
• Execute HSE programs to improve the safety and health performance, update HSE forms / notice boards and conduct toolbox meeting and safety orientation for employee and contractors.
• Ensures that Company / site complies with all environmental regulations regarding hazardous substance handling and disposal.
• Schedules and chairs regular safety meetings.
• Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as maybe required by the regulatory authorities.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years work experience in shipyard / marine structure demolition and repair works (Civil / Structural / M&E).
• Minimum 2 years work experience in asbestos removal and disposal works.
• Minimum 3 years work experience working under ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 standards / requirements.
• Have a valid WSH Coordinator Certificate.
• Have a valid Occupational First-Aider Certificate / Card.
