1. Daily Operations

• Attend and manage any emergency situations on site like fire alarms and bomb threats etc.

4. Carpark Operations

• In charge of the Compliance function at a CMS licensed wealth management business
• Oversee enterprise risk management
• Monitor regulated business activities to ensure adherence to CMS licensing conditions
• Provide updates to senior management on the regulatory environment and propose actions, where necessary
• Ensure all compliance policies are consistent with the latest regulatory requirements
• Formulate and update company’s AML/CFT framework and policies
• Supervise the implementation of various compliance, risk, IT risk (TRM), internal controls and outsourcing policies
• Conduct client KYC/AML and annual reviews for new and existing clients
• Conduct due diligence and reviews on outsourced service providers
• Prepare, submit and handle enquiries related to regulatory returns, MAS annual and ad-hoc forms and surveys
• Oversees training and development for senior management and staff
• Key point of contact for MAS: Address queries from MAS and external authorities
• Coordinate internal and external compliance audits

Requirements

• Bachelors/Master’s degree
• 2-3 years’ experience working in a licensed/regulated business
• Past compliance experience is a plus
• Responsible, independent, extremely diligent and detailed
• High stress tolerance

Supervise the service provider for the common area of the condominium. Follow up on feedback and request by the Manager and council members. Source for quotation and recommend for adhoc and contracted job. Monitor house moving/ renovation of the estate. Ensure the estate is smoothly run. Admin work on the adminstration of contract, quotation and etc. Enforcement of bylaw.

Assist with the preparation of council meeting and follow up on action after the meeting. Preparation of yearly AGM and minutes writing

Responsibilities:

• Submission of investigation reports and preparing the relevant documents i.e. advisories, warnings, Notices Of offer of Composition and prosecution papers.
• Investigation work will include taking statements from any witness or suspect in the field or interview room
• Pictures taken for investigations and other relevant documents shall be forwarded to the Authority upon completion of the investigations.
• Key in investigation details into the Authority’s system via the provided computer/laptop as directed by the Authority
• Responding to activation for urgent cases detected at Checkpoints and inland locations.
• Respond to phone activations for urgent cases detected at Checkpoints and inland locations

Requirements :

• Prior substantial working experience with the Singapore Police Force or other related law enforcement agencies;
• Knowledge in conducting investigation, surveillance and inspection;
• Must be physically fit;
• Experience in handling unruly or violent behaviour by offenders;
• Have proficient verbal and writing skills in English and a second language;
• Must be able to handle dynamic situations in the field, including but not limited to the handling of female offenders/witnesses etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards set by SP PowerGas and LTA.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high safety standards.
• Develop and implement WSH policies and procedures tailored to project needs.

Risk Management:

• Perform risk assessments for activities such as excavation, pipe-laying, and confined space operations.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend effective control measures.

Incident Management:

• Investigate workplace accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices to identify root causes.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and recommend preventive measures.

Emergency Preparedness:

• Develop and implement emergency response plans (ERP) for project sites.
• Conduct regular drills to test the effectiveness of the ERP, including coordination with external stakeholders (e.g., SCDF and utility companies).

Training and Awareness:

• Conduct safety induction programs for all workers and contractors.
• Organize toolbox meetings to raise safety awareness and address site-specific risks.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Coordinate with SP PowerGas and LTA representatives on safety requirements for projects.
• Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to WSH guidelines.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor high-risk activities such as working at heights, trenching, and heavy machinery operations.
• Maintain accurate records of safety activities, including permits, audits, and training logs.
• Prepare and submit regular safety performance reports to project stakeholders.

Regulatory Liaison:

• Serve as the key point of contact with relevant authorities for inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Health and Environment:

• Promote workplace health initiatives and monitor environmental impact mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental protection guidelines during project execution.

Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).

• MOM-registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) certification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or utilities projects, preferably involving SP PowerGas and LTA.
• Strong knowledge of WSH Act, regulations, and industry-specific safety standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Ability to handle emergency situations with a calm and systematic approach.

• 6 days work week
• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license
