Job Summary: As the main contractor’s Safety Officer, you will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant construction site. Provision of all pre-operative matters and be the point of contact for patients going for surgery and after clinic consultation.

Prepare and educate patients on what happens before, during and after surgery.

Assist vascular division head to ensure that junior doctors rotated through the division are kept updated on requirements and information related to the division. Example: surgical codes and workflow of listings of patients.

Assume any additional responsibilities as assigned by Vascular Surgeons and Case Manager of the Department of CTVS including but not limited to:

Take minutes for monthly Vascular Division meeting and ad hoc Vascular meetings.

Morbidity audits.

Assist surgeons to keep track of workload numbers.

Support events/ seminars for CTVS when required.

Work with aortic database entry staff for proper tracking and collection of peri-operative data.

AVF tracking/ diabetic foot tracking.
