Job Responsibilities:

• Implement safety procedures to all work operations, promote the safe conduct of work within the project and enforce the Safety Rules and Regulations
• Investigate accidents, put up necessary reports and recommend remedial actions
• Conduct Safety inspections and put up reports on follow-up actions
• Participate in project OHS risk assessments and, compile all safety records and reports
• To assist Project Manager to liaise with the management, relevant authorities when and accident / incident occurs
• Authorized to issue Stop Work Order (SWO), if any site work, process and/or work area is in imminent danger to workers, the public and/or pollution of the environment

Requirement:

• ITE Certificate in Engineering or Safety related qualified professional certificates
• At least 2 years of working experience in Site Safety Work

- Assist and enforce sites to implement site health and safety plans

- Perform health and safety audits on sites

- Conduct periodic health and safety training for site personnel

- Maintain company's health and safety statistics and records

- Update Management on new and current health and safety matters

Requirement

• Possess a valid WSHO & ECO registration with MOM & NEA respectively
• Minimum 5 years experience in Singapore building construction projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all HR activities Biz. Recruitment, On-boarding, Training, Compensation, Employee Grievances and Benefits for BCWs in Tuas as and when there is a need.

• Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining meticulous records.

• Admin activities such as ordering stationery, pantries, name card creation and others.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of BCWs’ employee database & Management of the TMS – through the HR Infotech & provide accurate details for Salary Processing.

• Responsible for overseeing and managing the company's security system, transportation operations, townhall & CSR activities.

• Support the management in overseeing the Health & Safety aspects of the work environment.

• Drive, coordinate and implement all Workplace Safety and Health Initiatives.

Skills & Qualification:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
