What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a construction management role, preferably within the commercial or residential construction sector
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficient in using project management software and other relevant construction industry tools
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred

1. To supervise foreign workers closely & take care of their well being.

2. To be able to visit dormitories to resolve workers issues etc.

3. To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials for our projects.

4. To lead our construction teams to plan and execute works according to project schedule.

5. To plan manpower deployment require for the site.

6. To oversee the works and resolve issues that arise from construction sites.

7. To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

· Assisting the daily operations for the customs declaration business, based on the account assigned

. Review and assess the need for various permits and licenses based on operational requirements.

· Closely assisting team members with clients to keep them updated on their declaration requests

· Monitoring closely offsite data entry team to ensure timely and accurate customs submissions according to SLA with customer

. Maintain accurate records of all permits, licenses, and related documents, including tracking permits and their renewal statuses

. Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant government agencies, ensuring smooth permit processing

· Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies regarding permit applications, queries, and inspections

· Other adhoc duties as and when assigned.

Job scope :

• Attend to feedback/complaints/tip offs on Tobacco related offences and work assigned by the Authority

• Conducting observations, patrols and Enforcement activities

. Conducting raids and operations under appropriate supervision of the Authority officers.

• Other consecutive documentation works related to the job assigned and other jobs instructed by the authority

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities

• Billing and Invoicing

- Maintain an up-to-date billing system and generate accurate invoices in a timely manner.

- Ensure invoices are sent to customers promptly.

• Payment Collection and Reconciliation

- Follow up on payments to ensure timely collection and proper allocation.

- Perform account reconciliations.

• Credit Control and Reporting

- Conduct billing, collection, and reporting activities within specified deadlines.

- Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, or irregularities and take appropriate actions.

• Database and Records Management

- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database.

- Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Receipt / Cash Management

- Follow established procedures for processing receipts and cash handling.

- Process payments and prepare bank deposits efficiently.

• Customer Service

- Investigate and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.

- Address inquiries from customers and sales personnel promptly.

• Ad-Hoc Tasks

- Undertake other duties or projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Certificate in accounting or bookkeeping or O Level
• 1-3 years accounts receivables and general accounting experience
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and general accounting principles
• Proficient in relevant ERP systems (Esker or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX))
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Team player
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
