• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients with heart diseases, including medication management, lifestyle changes, and surgical interventions.
• Perform procedures such as angioplasties, stent placements, and pacemaker insertions as needed.
• Educate patients and families on heart health, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, surgeons, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive care.
• Stay current with advancements in cardiology and maintain continuous professional development.
• Provide emergency care for patients experiencing acute heart conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in research or clinical trials if applicable.
  
  Requirements
• Basic Medical Degree (MBBS or MD) with relevant postgraduate qualifications recognised by the Singapore Medical Council
• Specialist accreditation in Cardiology recognised by the Specialists Accreditation Board of Singapore
• At least 3 years’ post-Electrophysiology and Pacing fellowship in an accredited programme and 10 years’ post-graduate.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex medical information to patients.
• Compassionate and patient-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
