e) Prepare subcon final account and release of retention to get CM, PM and PD’s approval and update summary

f) Submission of outstanding product Warranty Card, Operation Menu, Test Cert. etc.

7. Closing of Project

a) Compilation of full data records of completed project hard copy filing and in Contracts Server

b) Responding to consultant upon the expiry of the main contractor’s Insurance Policy, Indemnity etc.

8. Tendering when required

a) Assist on tender preparation when necessary;

b) Willing to work overtime to meet the limited tender period.

c) Discuss with Boss/ CM for all the matters about the tender submission.

Be responsive on any other duties assigned by management.

The key responsibilities:

1. Planning and organizing work schedules and supervising the work of tile installers.
2. Ensuring that all tiling work meets industry standards and specifications.
3. Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of tiling materials and equipment.
4. Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed by the team.
5. Coordinating with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure that all specifications and requirements are met.
6. Providing training and guidance to tile installers.
7. Ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
8. Conducting quality control checks on all completed tiling work.
9. Preparing reports on job progress and completion.
10. Ensuring that all work is completed within project deadlines and budget constraints.

3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Responsible for hands-on training and supervision of site installation, testing and commissioning relating to Sanitary, Plumbing and Gas Services
• Coordinate daily work processes and methods
• Ensure implementation and enhancement of quality control on site
• Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment
• Understand and experience in underground IC work, copper pipe welding, reading of drawings, preparing site setting out for pipe sleeves and concealed pipe, taking of IC levels
• Arrange marking of toilet piping and sanitary ware installation as per toilet detail drawing
