Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30am, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break.

The services required are set out as follows:

• Being a strong advocate of Positive Discipline.
• Supporting the Student Discipline Unite in creation and maintaining of a positive school tone during school hours by patrolling the school compound (classroom blocks, toilets, special rooms etc) and engaging identified at-risk students and general student body.
• Supporting the Student Discipline Unite in investigating serious offences and engaging parents, if need be:
• Assists the Student Discipline Unit in maintaining and upkeep of disciplinary records (print & soft copies)
• Assist in Intervention Programmes (e.g. In-House Suspension Detention Casses & Students-In-Risk counselling) run by Student Discipline Unite: AND
• Making routine checks in the school premises (during school hours) and nearby areas outside the school (as when required) such as nearby neighborhood void decks etc to ensure that students are not engaging in unauthorized or improper activities, as deployed by the Student Discipline Unit.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

This role has to promptly & professionally attend to the customers when they walk into our service centres. Job Scope

• RTOs shall provide standing supervision of all civil and structural works to ensure compliance with the following authorities' requirements:
• The inspection of the bus depot involves the demolition and removal of the existing Pasir Panjang Distripark. Following this, the construction will take place for main depot building, dormitory and administration office.

JOB SUMMARY

The Programme for Research in Epidemic Preparedness and REsponse (PREPARE) is a national programme that was set up by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to support and strengthen Singapore’s key essential research capabilities, translational platforms, and expertise to develop tools, methods and products that can be tapped on to detect, respond to, and contain future infectious disease threats.

You will lead and oversee the development and execution of immunogenicity and challenge animal models for viral pathogens within the ABSL3 or ABSL2 setting as part of the PREPARE Vaccine & Therapeutics co-op. This co-op aims to develop pathogen-agnostic technologies and platforms to enable rapid therapeutic or vaccine development to enhance Singapore’s capabilities and access to vaccines during future epidemics. You will be responsible for experimental design, evaluation and documentation of the results and coordination with our host BSL3 laboratory which is located at NTU LKC School of Medicine.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SPECIFIC

1. Development and execution of animal challenge experiments for viral pathogens with pandemic potential within the ABSL3 at LKC Experimental Medicine Building (NTU) and immunogenicity experiments for vaccine platforms within the ABSL2 at LKC Clinical Sciences Building (Novena)
2. Assist with preparation and submission of IACUC protocols
3. Work with the PREPARE Laboratory head to manage PREPARE projects and train/supervise attached staff.
4. Lead the immunological/virological characterization of experimental samples within BSL3/BSL2 e.g. T cell reactivity, viral load, neutralization titre etc in support of PREPARE projects.

GENERAL

1. Ensure safe execution of experiments and adherence to SOPs and all safety & ethics regulations/policies and procedures stipulated by the lab and institution.
2. Analyze experimental data and ensure proper documentation of results.
3. Prepare scientific papers and posters for publication and/or presentation at research & scientific conferences.

EDUCATION

4. Willing to work in a high containment setting with high-risk pathogens. Prior experience working with animals in a high containment (ABSL3) laboratory setting is advantageous.
5. Experience with virological techniques such as PRNT, TCID, microneutralization assays highly desirable

Job Responsibility Reservations/OTS Agent/Officer:

• Responsible for handling telephone enquiries, accepting reservations and subsequently inputting it into the system.

1. Schedules travel for company passengers on all modes of transportation, including the company aircraft;

Job Description:

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with recognised Diploma in relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.

• Work as Resident Technical Officer to our LTA projects, to assist and report to RE and SRE to monitor all site activities, and any incident, including near-misses. Report any non-compliance to RE and Qualified Person Supervision (QPS).

• Assist Engineer in carrying out supervision for related works include but not limited to replacement and extension, construction and reconfiguration of viaduct/ bridge works, and associated civil works, proposed new flexible pavement and infrastructure, re-alignment of roadways, fencing and construction.

• Prepare daily reports at regular basic and as required by clients.

• Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance to all plans/drawings, risk assessment and specifications.

• Willing to work on rotation shifts.

• Ensure compliance to all health and safety policies.

• Ensure that contractor and their subcontractor comply with client's safety requirement, and safety checklists are follow.

• Reject poor quality of works at site and inform RE to raise non-conformance notice.

• Assist RE to manage and maintain records and documentation on field or site changes and to monitor adherence to construction schedule.

• Carry out standing supervision for critical site activities based.
