Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CPA/CA qualification is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, with a strong track record of success as a CFO or equivalent in a multinational or multi-divisional organization.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a deep understanding of corporate finance and capital markets.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large, diverse teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance standards across multiple jurisdictions.
