• Manage incremental improvement for existing products.
• Liaise with contract manufacturers for necessary formula-related matters.
• React to necessary corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) raised by Quality.
• Contribute for and implement standard procedures (in compliance with industrial standards and QMS requirements) for any product development and management activities or as assigned.
• Perform other duties and projects as necessary to meet company goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Chemistry or relevant.
• Preferably with some experience in product development/ management in the dietary supplement and health food industry.
• Strong interest in marketing of health and wellness products (dietary supplements, food products, lifestyle equipment etc).
• Self-starter, good at working well independently with initiatives.
• Meticulous & detail-oriented.
• Product/ project management skills; planning & time management skills.
• Resourceful, analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Professional communication & negotiation skills; proficient in English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally.

Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9AM-6PM, Sat 9AM-1PM

Job Description:
Able to lead, train and coach team member
Manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule
Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end finishing product
Cleaning and troubleshoot in production machines
Responsible for the whole process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue until handover to warehouse
Create, maintain and update the SAP system
ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance
Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
Co-operate with inter department to ensure the production is running as per schedule
Other task/assignment given by the Superior/Management

Requirement:
Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage
At least 3-5 years manufacturing work experience required
Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity
Willing to learn new things and hands on
Excellent communication so as to provide training and coaching to team member and also to handle queries from clients/associates
