Job Description:
•Manage all daily tasks and matters within the Operations Department.
•Collaborate with Technical Department, Operations Administration Department and Sales & Marketing Department in project executions including carrying out site surveys, preparing designs and documentations (method statements, safe work procedures, risk assessments, fall prevention plans and lifting plans) for submission, arrange manpower and logistics to deliver construction equipment to site, install, commission, maintain, inspect, shift, troubleshoot, dismantle and return construction equipment to workshop.
•Implement systems and liaise closely with customers to monitor site progress as well as workshop planning and productivity.
•Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure work done in accordance with contractual scope of work, customer requirements and manufacturer specifications as well as take prompt corrective actions.
•Ensure supervisors/technicians submit service reports with pictures, work done forms, inspection checklists and maintenance checklists to customers and Operations Administration Department.
•Liaise with PEs and AEs to carry out designs, inspections and testings as well as submit drawings, calculations, COS and LM certificates to customers promptly.
•Conduct user trainings and safety briefings as well as organise safety campaigns.
•Perform incident investigation and root cause analysis as well as prepare incident reports with pictures.
•Manage the training, productivity and well-being of the teams within the Operations Department
•Ensure our construction equipment and accessories on-site and in the workshop are fully accounted for at all times and implement necessary measures to prevent loss and damage.

Requirement:
• Must be able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings as well as possess own vehicle.
• Knowledge in electrical/electronic/mechanical concepts and AutoCAD

Experience in drawing precast product;

· To monitor and advice on precast production schedule;

· To coordinate with consultant on technical requirements;

The World Economic Forum (the Forum) is an International Organisation for Public-Private Cooperation, engaging global leaders to shape major agendas across sectors. Its Centre for Health and Healthcare focuses on enhancing healthcare systems by scaling solutions for resilience, efficiency, and equity through diverse stakeholder engagement.

The Centre has launched the “Digital Healthcare Transformation (DHT) Initiative,” a multi-year program to boost public-private partnerships in digital health, data, and AI. This initiative complements the Global Health Equity Network (GHEN), which promotes health equity and patient-centred system transformation.

Singapore, a leader in healthcare delivery and equity due to its investment in digital health, will be highlighted as a World Economic Forum Centre for Health and a Healthcare Country Lighthouse. This collaboration aims to showcase Singapore’s healthcare success globally and identify opportunities for Public-Private Partnerships to advance health equity through digital transformation.

The Fellowship role will manage projects and provide expertise on Health Equity, access to care, and social determinants of health. The Fellow will support the Forum’s work in developing Singapore as a Country Lighthouse, conduct research on its health system transformation, and share insights on health equity. They will also coordinate with regional working groups and engage with local and global partners, including the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) Network and the Accelerators Network, and contribute to the Forum's Health Equity strategy and broader global efforts.

The Health Equity effort in Singapore as well as the proposed pilot place-based change programme(s) will link to a broader global Global Health Equity strategy and pre-existing place-based change work (launching by the GHEN in 2024). This will provide existing best practice and networks that can be adapted to the new regional efforts in ASEAN.

This role is based in Singapore and hosted within the NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health. The Fellow will be involved in projects from the Forum’s Centre for Health and Healthcare. The Fellow will report directly to the NUS Principal Investigator, as well as to the Forum's Lead for Health Equity.

The fellowship is for 3 years (or until January 2028, whichever comes first, if applicable). Initially, a 1-year contract will be offered, renewable based on performance.

Main responsibilities

-Research and draft a White Paper on Singapore's health system transformation journey, including leading interviews with key Health Equity stakeholders and identifying future opportunities for collaboration.

-Develop and execute a dissemination plan for key learnings from the paper, including public engagement opportunities and convening interested stakeholders to share best practice.

-Support the broader GHEN team to incubate and manage a regional public-private working group focused on specific Health Equity gaps and opportunities identified in the research, to support the building on existing Singapore-led work in Southeast Asia to scale regional health equity development and innovation; and incorporating key topics in health equity such as access, trust, and impact measurement.

-Contribute to the Forum's broader global Health Equity strategy with Singapore-based insights and case studies - linking also to the Digital Healthcare Transformation Initiative in partnership with the Digital Healthcare Transformation Fellow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business user and software/system architect.
• Gather and analyze requirement from stake holder, including business requirement document.
• Conduct technical feasibility study, analysis requirement specifications to design and architect solutions including developing proof of concepts.
• Translate business requirement into documented technical and data design specification.
• Perform code development, involve in code review, user acceptance testing and sign off.
• Perform implementation, provide post-implementation maintenance support and fine tuning.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high quality and high-performance .net applications, web and mobile applications.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology (IT,Design) or equivalent.
• Proficient experience with programming language in VB,C# ASP.Net and/or Android, IOS.
• Good HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap responsive web and mobile design.
• Technically proficient with database programming language SQL.
• Demonstrated expertise with MS excel based programming using VBA.
• Experience in SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps and PHP is an added advantage.
• Technically competent with EDI integration, including web services, Rest API.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts.
• Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is required

Job Description & Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead in Site Coordination with all trades.

• Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.

• To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings.

• Planning of M&E Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines.

• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.

• Implement and ensure QC plan

• Inspection and Monitoring of Architectural related materials.

• To carry out inspection/ trade demo/ material testing / mock-up

• To verify VO and prepare back charges.

• Attend sub-con meetings.

• To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (M&E)

• Attend to M&E materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.

• To update M&E progress with scheduling tools.

• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or a related discipline

• Relevant qualification of certificates in Mechanical & Electrical discipline

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant local experience.

• Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects.

• Preferably completed QM project

• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.

• Good knowledge of M&E specs and BCA quality requirements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
