The Singapore Population Health Studies (SPHS) is a population-based health research initiative at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. JOB PURPOSE

What you will do:

• You will be responsible for program planning and tracking, focusing on regular and timely delivery of value to end customers
• Work with product managers, engineering managers, program managers and other stakeholders to ensure team alignment with commitments to the businesses and sync points with other teams
• Manage risks and issues and be accountable for escalating as required, ensuring resolution to program issues, managing resource constraints, dependencies and timing challenges and syncing dependencies across teams
• Accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally
• Provide status reports highlighting accomplishments, plans, and issues for assigned program
• Manage software release activities and documentation, including coordination with all applicable stakeholders

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Combination of education and 7+ years of work experience will be considered
• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience working directly with multiple agile ML ops teams
• Extensive experience with the toolset and technology specific to the GenAI projects, including but not limited to machine learning frameworks, natural language processing tools, and AI-driven analytics platforms.
• Experience working on or building MLOps platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience in implementing and managing MLOps practices to streamline machine learning workflows.
• Proficiency in using tools and technologies specific to MLOps, including automated machine learning pipelines, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for machine learning models.
• Knowledge of best practices for monitoring, maintaining, and scaling machine learning models in production environments.
• Understanding of the Data Science software development lifecycle is required.
• Experience of Data Management to lead and organize short- and long-term planning of use cases within the bounds of data policy and regulation.
• Experience working in a modern cloud-based software product development environment.
• Experience managing programs in highly matrixed agile software development cultures while leading two or more teams at a time
• Experience in interfacing both with technical teams and business users spanning multiple geographies
• PSM I, CSM, PMP desired
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, along with outstanding time management and organization skills; adept in problem-solving, facilitating decision-making, and resolving conflict.
• This role is based in Singapore and will cover the India, Singapore & US operations region. The candidate should be flexible with timezone.
• Familiarity with agile software development tools such as Jira and Confluence preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and organize customer visit/meeting to close new sales to achieve sales target
• Develop and maintain strong business relationship with existing/new customers

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of M&E working experience in building/construction industry
• Must be bilingual abilities with strong skills in multiple languages to liaise with relevant counterparts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
• Good in documentation, presentation, coordination, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Possess own vehicle would be an added advantage
• Willing to travel to various job sites

Job Responsibilities

• To carry out supervisory roles in day-to-day site activities including taking care of workers and coordinating with client’s supervisory staff to manage inspections, etc.
• Ensure that all construction & M&E work is carried out or constructed according to the approved plans and design.
• Ensure all works are carried out within time schedule, follow the safety protocols, and maintain the required quality.
• Coordinate with fellow colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of M&E works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
• Ensure proper preparation of work areas for subcontractors to carry out their works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.
• Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adherence to schedule.
• Keep daily site records of manpower, materials usage, and works status.
• Attends all necessary M&E work progress meetings, internal meetings as & when required.
• Embraces safety and ensures all practices comply with safety regulations.
• Any other duties as assigned.
