• Approve orders of pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies and drugs.
• Ensure stock turn days do not exceed KPI targets.
• Conduct stock takes and cycle counts according to the approved policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular checks on expiry date to reduce wastages.
• Assist in preparing reports for cold chain break or other incidents involving inventory.
• Conduct regular audit of all drugs kept in the E-kits, E-trolleys, treatment rooms and immunization rooms in the polyclinics.

3. Staff Training & Development
• Orientate and induct newly recruited pharmacy technicians/assistants.
• Provide training and guidance of pharmacy students and pharmacy technician students on attachment.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills of team members and ensure that target training and continuing education hours are met.

4. Administration
Assist the Clinic Pharmacy Manager in the following:
• Maintain the administrative functions necessary for pharmacy operation.
• Adhere to and perform regular audit checks on the accounting, cash handling procedures and policies.
• Prepare the necessary reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Give regular feedback on improving processes and practices.
• Maintain records, such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, inventories and controlled drugs registries.
• Assist in scheduling manpower to ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Ensure proper housekeeping of the trading area, dispensary and storeroom.
• Ensure the merchandise is displayed according to set planograms.
• Monitor the profitability of the retail store and suggest action plans or possible products ranges to improve sales performance.
• Investigate and handle patient complaints and dispensing errors promptly.
• Report to the Head of Department (Pharmacy Practice) on dispensing errors and to Head of Department (Pharmacy Operations) on patient complaints.

5. Regulatory
• Ensure applicable laws and regulations are met and relevant documentation of compliance is maintained.
• Comply to policies, guidelines or advisories issued by any government agency or the Ministry of Health.

6. General
• Coach and supervise team members.
• Participate in work place improvement projects/ activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements
• Degree in Pharmacy
• Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council and Form A license with Health Sciences Authority
• Keep abreast with changing medical treatments by attending continuing medical education talks and seminars. Achieve mandatory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points and target training hours per year.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate information and ideas well to other healthcare professionals and patients.
• Must have initiative, drive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be team-oriented
• Possess good organisational, analytical and excellent communication skills

PSA CLUB is a members’ club for the staff of PSA Singapore. Comprising of a fully-equipped gym, function rooms, lounge and in-house sports and leisure facilities like badminton courts, futsal court, snooker tables, karaoke rooms, mahjong rooms and virtual reality room. The club is equipped for business and leisure with a wealth of experiences for its members to enjoy.

Duties And Responsibilities

1) Administrative Support (includes but not limited to):

- Provide customer service to members using the facilities, including checking of identification pass to ensure only authorised users are entering facilities, and registering members for facility use and events/activities

- Answer phone enquiries eg. provide information with regards to facilities and activities

- Update booking system, complete daily facility and activity reports and handle payments

- Monitor members, guests and contractors at the assigned event/activity and report any issues to the superior

2) Instructional Support (includes but not limited to):

- Demonstrate procedures common to the activities and instruct on use of related equipment

- Setup/prepare facilities prior to scheduled start time of events/activities eg. exercise classes, workshops, functions and sporting events

- Ensure adherence to regulations and safety procedures

3) Facility/Equipment Maintenance (includes but not limited to):

- Ensure facilities are open and/or closed at the posted time

- Monitor and check the security of premises

- Monitor activities within the facility and ensure good order and discipline

- Ensure facilities are properly maintained, safe and ready for play/use

- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of facilities and equipment ie. facilities and equipment are in a clean, neat and orderly state at all times

- Report maintenance problems and unsafe conditions or discrepancies that cannot be fixed in-house to the superior

Requirements

- Able to work 2 rotating shifts and on weekends and public holidays

- Pleasant personality with good communication skills, both written and oral

- Ability to work well both individually and in a team with minimal supervision

- Ability to perform moderately strenuous physical labour

- Conversant with IT applications, MS Word, MS Excel etc

- Prior experience working in a recreation club will be an advantage

- Minimum N Level/O Level/ITE Certificate

• Full set of payroll processing and statutory submissions for 1000+ headcount
• Record keeping of employee’s Personal File and ensure accurate information are updated
• To handle Time Management System and verifying total number of hours and overtime that employees have worked
• Calculating and issuing salary accordingly through bank transfer to employees (two payroll runs a month)
• Processing deductions (if any)
• Processing medical claims (if any)
• To handle Leave Administration matters
• Prepares monthly payroll report
• Process payroll and necessary exit clearance for exit staff
• To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma level or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant working experiences
• Good interpersonal skills, independent and positive working attitude
• Experience in SAP and TMS is an added advantage
• Experience in Construction field is an added advantage
