Job Description

i) To work with the PM to comply with environmental, health & safety (EHS) laws laws, advise PM on environmental remediation measures, carry out site inspections and to engage workers and stakeholders on maintaining good environmental health standards

ii) Work with the PM to draw up, implement and monitor effective environmental management plans, including reviewing them when necessary:

· Prepare & submit to the PM the Site Environmental Control Programme before work commences at the worksite.

• Oversee and monitor daily operation activity to ensure efficiency and continuous productivity
• Manage daily operation budget and expenses
• Manage daily manpower deployment schedule and duties assignment
• Represent management and assist supervisor to communicate and rectify daily work matter with client's management as required
• Prepare daily operation performance report inclusive of risk assessment (if required)
• Ensure that all protocol and safe work procedures are adhered by all staff on site daily

Job Responsibilities:-

• Research and evaluate potential suppliers for goods and services, including food and beverages, cleaning supplies, linens, furniture and maintenance products.
• Provide regular reports on RFQ status for reports.
• Analyze the cost-effectiveness of various suppliers and products and track spending trends to optimize procurement.
• Evaluate the quality of goods and services to meet the standards required.
• Able to do import and export shipping for all kind of materials from China.

Requirements:-

• Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and microsoft office suite
• Understanding of cost control and budgeting
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its specific needs.
