Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification under ACCA, SCAQ and ICAEW schemes

Minimum 2-3 years accounting/audit work experience in a public accounting firm

Conversant and understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Company Act

Proactive, committed and a team player

Technology savvy, excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication and analytical skills.

Possess initiative and ability to work independently

• Provides check in, check out and to deliver service quality during the guest journey.

· Keep the team motivated, visit classrooms to evaluate facilitation/supervision methods and provide performance standards for the staff

· Responsible for all administrative matters of the centre which includes and not limited to fee collections, subsidy applications, students’ registration, consolidating reports of teachers and students

· Responsible for the creation of programme materials and lesson plans for school holidays.

· Ensure that the daily programme schedule and lesson plans are followed closely.

· Conduct relief classes during the absence of Programme Staff

· Provide counselling for students with behavioural and disciplinary issues.

· Establish positive relationships with school leaders and staff of the Centre.

· Be accountable for yearly events and activities of the Centre and ensure they meet the requirements (safety and effectiveness) of the programme.
