Duties and Responsibilities
To organizes the movement of goods and materials within a company. Oversee shipping, receiving, and distribution, and ensure that deliveries are made on time. Manage inventory, staff, and compliance with laws and regulations. This position is ideal for candidates who are positive-minded and love to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Shipping and receiving: Coordinate the movement of goods into and out of the company
- Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels and adjust ordering and storage
- Staff management: Set schedules, and oversee performance
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and maintain knowledge of safety regulations
- Communication: Communicate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders
- Efficiency: Develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer service, and cost savings
- Problem solving: Identify opportunities for improvement and find solutions to complex problems
- Ensure SOP and KPI in office are in proper manner
Requirements
· Must possess at least GCE 'O'/Diploma in administration, business management or any related field.
· Conversant in Mandarin and English (is a must to liaise with China customers).
· At least 1-2 years’ experience in similar industry preferred.
· Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
· Positive work attitude, strong sense of urgency and responsibility, strong team work.
