This position is accountable for preparing the detailed Construction plans in accordance with the JGCAP’s company policies as the key person under the direction by JGCAP’s Site In-charge/ Project Manager and coordinating all construction activities on site among all JGCAP’s disciplines including subcontractors using his technical experiences and construction know-how and ensuring the completion of the work on schedule.

The detail plans as described above are as follows:

• Execution formation with the direction by JGCAP’s Site In-charge/ Project Manager.
• Outline of the Construction & sequence of work.
• Temporary facilities plan (If require) and subcontracting Plan.
• Manpower mobilization plan.
• Construction equipment mobilization plan.
• Work closely with the project scheduler on construction schedule and progress reporting.

• Coordinate with Project team of vendor specialists for work which need vendor specialist support.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Initiate the subcontractors sourcing, inquiry package issuing, work scope clarification, sub-contractors evaluation & selection, cost negotiation and PO issuance.
• Work scope clarification & confirmation, BQ verification and construction direct & indirect cost estimation.
• Initiate Project’s Kick off meeting with the selected subcontractor and coordinating with selected subcontractors to ensure they are in line with company or project strategies and planning. Discussing and clarifying the detail of scope of work, execution plan, commercial issue and technical issue to minimize potential future conflict.

• Coordinating with all engineering disciplines to ensure design, cost and client’s requirement can be achieved.

• Prepare and submit the weekly and monthly progress/construction reports to management.

This is an research administrative and operational position within the Asia Centre for Health Security (ACHS). The incumbent will be part of the team to support the core functions of the centre. Their duties would include supporting research administration, conducting education and training programs, convening meetings, and secretariat functions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Working under the direction of the Director and Head of Operations at the ACHS, the Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager will be part of the team to support the core duties of the centre:

a) Research and Centre Administration
- Support researchers to draft, review, negotiate and execute research agreements by working closely with researchers, collaborators and internal and external legal offices
- Liaise and support the centre's leads and research staff to meet the centre's objectives of the centre

Qualifications

• Applicants are expected to have at least a Bachelor degree from a recognised institution with at least five years of experience in an administrative position within the academic, research or healthcare sector

• Strong administrative skills and experience in supporting projects such as convening meetings, organise training and workshops, service contracts, financial administration, or equivalent experience

• Experience organising events, in-person and online is a requirement

• Excellent written and oral communciation skills, with the ability to summarise content, prepare slides, reports and content

As a Regulatory Affairs Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for APAC regulatory review, ingredient/ product registration and maintenance of compliance database for the Dietary Supplement (DS) and Market Ready Solution (MRS) divisions of Health, Nutrition & Care (HNC) Business Unit (BU). You will also advise/ provide recommendations to Marketing and Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Purchasing in all regulatory-related matters. You will render regulatory-specific support to marketing and sales for customer-related activities, including customer presentations/ workshops, customer enquiries, alignment of customer quality agreements and specifications sign-off.

Your key responsibilities

• Conduct RA compliance reviews of dsm-firmenich’s products, proactive monitoring of changes in regulatory environment along with impact analysis and ensuring these activities are updated in the RA compliance database in a timely manner.
• Responsible to address customer enquiries according to timelines specified in the Service Level Agreement.
• Manage dossier preparation ingredient/ product approvals in collaboration with Global or Regional Regulatory Affairs, Regional Business, Project Management, R&D functions, consultants etc. based on company strategy.
• Submit dossiers to the local authorities, follow up on the approval process closely with evaluators and communicate progress in a timely manner to internal stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct regulatory risk assessments, propose mitigation plans/ recommendations and contribute to process improvement activities, as needed.
• Effectively prioritise and negotiate deliverables/ tasks in an agile and dynamic environment.

You bring

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nutritional Science, Food Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience in regulatory affairs in food, food supplement and pharmaceuticals.
• Demonstrated collaborative and influencing skills with internal colleagues, customers and relevant authorities across different functions and regions.
• Basic digital skills required (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a matrix and dynamic organization.
• This is a 1-year contract position.

Education & Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• For C&S discipline - STSS (Structural Steel Society) certificate or equivalent.
• For M&E discipline - IES RE/RTO registration.
• All disciplines - WSQ-Supervise Construction Work certificate or equivalent.

Skills And Knowledge

• Strong technical knowledge to review design details and method statements.
• Ability to resolve site issues during construction.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Completion of at least one safety course and ability to identify potential safety infringements.
• Ability to manage a team of Site Supervisors (for Senior Resident Engineer, Resident Engineer, and Resident Architect roles).
• Administrative skills to maintain discipline and manage personnel records.
