Job Description

i) To work with the PM to comply with environmental, health & safety (EHS) laws laws, advise PM on environmental remediation measures, carry out site inspections and to engage workers and stakeholders on maintaining good environmental health standards

ii) Work with the PM to draw up, implement and monitor effective environmental management plans, including reviewing them when necessary:

· Prepare & submit to the PM the Site Environmental Control Programme before work commences at the worksite.

· Prepare & submit to the PM the Site Environmental Control Report once every two weeks.

iii) Inspect the construction site to ensure all facilities, equipment and operations do not pose any environmental health hazard;

What we’re looking for from you

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript/Typescript
• Proficiency with React for client-side development and Node.js for backend development
• Experience with relational database (e.g. PostgreSQL)
• Experience in production development of RESTful APIs
• eCommerce experience. You have experience building eCommerce platforms (e.g. customer
• management, transactions, order, invoicing) and have the requisite skills to meet the technical demands.
• Startup experience. You will have a huge passion for startups and fast-growing teams. You will have been part of the journey of a successful startup.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage phone and email enquiries during working hours.
• Receptionist work - answer phone calls and distributing of mails.
• Coordinate office administrative office tasks.
• Support basic administrative HR duties such as worker and staff uniform
• Perform basic data entry tasks.
• Provide assistance in other miscellaneous administrative tasks.
• Maintain office stock e.gs Stationary, Pantry and Sundry and form
• Any adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min. O Level certification.
• Min. 1- 2 years experience in administration.

Proven work experience in foot and body massage therapist, consulting and response to relevant customer queries, need and expections on therapist issue, maintein cleanliness and neaness of spa equipment and facilities,uphold hygience standard and practise good healith and safety regulation.Assist in all reception duties as and when required.
