KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

•  Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable.
•  Data entry (suppliers invoices & payments) in Quickbook and NCC Accounting System (include upload of all supporting documents into NC)
•  Prepare abd process payment after approval procedure completed (online Fund Transfer/TT/cheque payment)
•  Liaise with related party on supporting documents issues
•  To handle subcontractor payment certification and back charge billing, supplier statement of accounts reconciliation and contra charges invoice from main-contractor
•  Month-end closing of books of accounts:- Bank Reconciliation (UOB/SCB)
• - Revaluation, Cost Accruals, Prepayment Reversal, Goods in Transit Reversal, Supplier Advance payment adjustment
•  Check and tally Trial Balance Account involved between Quickbooks and NC Accounting System
•  Prepare monthly accounting reports
•  To handle queries from HQ and auditors and provide required documents
•  Ensure all accounting duties are compliance with company Finance policy and reporting standards
•  Handle any ad-hoc account-related task assigned

Job Requirement :

•  Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Job Description & Requirements

- Safety Coordinator for CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

- Assist WSHO to implement and maintain all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

- Ensure the project site meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting.

- Monitor the completion of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.

-Minimum of 2 years of experience relevant to the scope of work of the contract, ie Road, Tunnel and viaduct, after gaining WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) Course.

- 6 days week, working hours : 0800 ~ 1800hours.

- Preferable with LTA and CONSTRUCTION experience

- Minimum 3 years WSHO experience

- Permanent Night Shift, working hours from 8pm to 6am (Mon-Fri, Alt Sat)

-To assist and support in recruitment mattersand responsible for MOM matters (pass application/renewal/cancellation)

-Maintain employees’ data and files and ensure they are kept up to date.

-Prepare new staff on-boarding and off-boarding matters

-Monitor training needs.

-Assist in preparation of audit schedules.

-Assist in manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.

-Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

-Input and process completed purchases in the accounting system, after matching and validating suppliers’ invoices, purchase orders and other supporting documents.

-Assist monthly payment matters. (eg. Issue cheque)

-Assist on ad-hoc duties / projects as requested by the Director or Manager

Formwork Supervisor:

-Knowledge and skills to supervise formwork activities which include the construction, erection, alteration or dismantling and inspection of formwork structures at any worksite.

-Formwork Construction Course/Formwork Safety Course

-Knowledge and skills on application of the fundamentals of formwork and falsework structure construction

-Knowledge on Codes of Practice on Construction, Erection, Alteration or Dismantling of any formwork structure at a worksite

-Risk Assessment for formwork activities
-Interpretation of working drawings
-Construction strength of materials and shoring
-Inspection of formwork and falsework structure before, during and after concreting

Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately

-Verify and endorse all incoming products materials

-Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus.

-Produce high quality plated both design and taste-wise

-Assist in preparation, washing, peeling, chopping, cutting all food ingredients.

-Cleaning the food preparation equipment and other kitchen tools, housekeeping.

-Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.

-Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
