ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Responsible for Accounts Payable – Payment duties
2. Processing payments (GIRO, Cheque, TT, FAST, MEPS, PayNow & Others Payment Method) to vendors (~$10 - $12 mil per month)
3. Maintaining of bank and payment entries in Agresso in a timely and accurate manner
4. Checking and following up to ensure payment is supported with supporting documents
5. Maintain proper and systematic filing of documents (invoices, credit notes, debit notes)
6. Updating vendors’ maintenance files
7. Inform Supplier or Buyer or requestor on the payment details
8. Assist with internal and external audits
9. Support during half yearly stock take
10. Support GL team for non-trade invoice processing (Matching & Payment)
11. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time in order to maintain staffing flexibility and efficiency.

• Unload autoparts from container
• Scan bar-codes of autoparts for storage

Roles & Responsibilities

Key tasks include:

- Overall in charge of site coordination.

As construction site supervisor work on site wherever that site is, be prepared to relocate or face a longer commute as and when required.

· To supervise and manage all related matters with regard to the day to day civil activities on the project with the objective of meeting the schedule, quality, and safety objectives.

· To manage and oversee the civil and recovered materials work in order to ensure the Project Safety, environmental, quality and Programme objectives are satisfied.

· To monitor materials on site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program.

· To ensure all works are carried out in line with LAL health and safety standards in order to provide high-quality works in safe and efficient manner.

- Weekend duty is required, must be willing to work 6 days work week.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education with Degree or Diploma in Engineering (e.g Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) or Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as Registered WSHO and FSM certified is an added advantage
• Good safety mindset and conversant with local Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations, WSH Act and its subsidiary legislations, and practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
