Under the National University Healthcare System, the department is setting up the NUHS Institute of Clinical Quality and championing clinical quality and patient-centred care across the Group. You will support the functions of the department in the developing, implementing plans and initiatives to achieve quality and patient safety across the cluster. In carrying out the various duties, you will be required to work very closely including with the senior management, medical professionals, administrators, support staff and related external stakeholders.

The incumbent is to oversee the smooth operations and quality initiatives of the department and, the deputy director has a very important role to keep the office running and ensuring it achieves its objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: source for new clients (projects), maintain strong relationships with clients to continue servicing them for maintenance contracts.
• Serve as the primary project manager and customer facing person in charge, building and sustaining strategic relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand industry developments and customers future expansion plans for new opportunities.
• Will serve as overall project manager, coordinating client sites with all sub-contractors and inhouse workers to ensure efficient and timely project handover.
• Prospect for new customers and projects, maintain customers after project handover for service and maintenance contracts.
• Conducting site visits and understand technical requirements and assessments to understand clients' actual needs and identify any special requirements before sending proposals and quotations to customers.
• Actively follow up on all sales leads to secure and close the deal.
• Ensure that sales pipeline is filled with proper forecasting and anticipation of project signing to kick-off and handover.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Laboratory or Cleanroom Construction industry. Good knowledge and network of main-cons, building management agents, and all related sub-contractors will be an advantage.
• Existing network of customers to be more effective in driving sales targets
• Minimum Engineering Diploma, safety field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Class 2 or Class 3 driving license, is preferred.
• Good communication skills and able to openly communicate and escalate any relevant issues.

3. Technical Skills: Technical expertise and knowledge in mechanical cum steel structural works , piping and fittings knowledge ,Foundation, Civil works. Proficient in Microsoft Project and Good knowledge on method statements, Autocads drawing –piping isometric and etc
