Requirements

· Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role

· Organizational and leadership abilities

· Communication and interpersonal skills and Problem-solving skills

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

· Able to work start job from 4am

· Must work on weekends/PH.

Responsibilities

· Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

· Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

· Oversee and coach employees

· Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

· Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

. Communicate with employees regularly to solve problems that arise

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

A Bachelor's degree is required by the majority of employers when hiring supervisor. For people with only a Diploma or high school graduation, there some times opportunities.you simply need to find the proper employment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction by proving on site management and quality control to ensure project meet deadline
• Control of manpower & resources to execute site works within time & costs
• Solving technical issue on site
• Liaising with government agencies, coordinating with subcontractors, clients, consultants
• Provide regular performance status update to the management

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (recognized PE board or Commissioner of Building Control for RE registration).
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience in civil engineering and road works
• Class 3 driving license
• Able to work Independently
• Familiar with road work construction field
