• Monitor, coordinate and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in quality and efficiency manner.
• Assign job task to workers and conduct daily briefing.

• Close monitoring of jobs and provide neccessary updates to internal division.
• Responds to customers feedback and inquiries, provide good client support and maintaining a good relationship.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry (preferably in cable) for this position.
• Possess Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health, Risk Management, and First Aid certified.
• Possess driving license and good knowledge of WSH Act.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multi-task, adapt, and quick on feet to handle challenges on site.
• Proactive attitude, self-motivated, strong problem-solving ability, and communication skills.

• Oversee and monitor daily operation activity to ensure efficiency and continuous productivity
• Manage daily operation budget and expenses
• Manage daily manpower deployment schedule and duties assignment
• Represent management and assist supervisor to communicate and rectify daily work matter with client's management as required
• Prepare daily operation performance report inclusive of risk assessment (if required)

Main Duties and Responsibilities

As the Resort’s Housekeeping Laundry Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and effective operations of the Resort's laundry department. In performing this role, you will ensure that linens, guests’ clothing, and other laundry items are attended to efficiently and processed to the expected standards which our Resort carries.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of the laundry department, which includes sorting, washing, drying and folding of linens and guests’ items.
• Ensure that the equipment is properly maintained and serviced whenever required.
• Manage the inventory of laundry supplies, including detergents, fabrics, and other materials.
• Ensure the proper use of inventory to minimize wastage, monitor stocks levels and execute cost effective initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the laundry operations.

Job Requirements

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a Hotel or Resort. Pre-opening experience would be useful.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
• Able to handle matters independently, and able to exercise self-motivation to enroll and complete projects.
