• Be adept at drawing on internal knowledge as well as industry and/or academic resources in reaching testing conclusions

Job Requirements:

• Working knowledge of laboratory safety
• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering or Materials Science with a minimum of 2 years’ pertinent post degree engineering experience, or advanced academic/professional qualifications
• Possesses a demonstrated ability to apply academic knowledge within the context of Element’s business
• In-depth understanding of testing concepts
• Can analyze and compiles testing data from the tests performed and possess strong computer skills
