Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily efficient operations for both front and back of house.

• Ensure driver timesheets are submitted from the workshop office to HQ in a timely manner.
• General administrative duties as and when assigned.
• Maintain proper filing system (e.g. Invoices / documents, etc…)

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE'N' Level or Certificate in office skills

1. Understanding of Reinforced Concrete works scope and related safety regulations

2. Coordinate and assist RC works contractor to conduct regular Toolbox meetings with emphasis on safety aspects
